We are developing Vevios!

The Elderly pays an unreasonably high price for safety in their everyday life. That help does not reach them when in an emergency. Their vital connection and lifeline- their safety alarm should guarantee them direct contact with help, but their safety alarm is a false security and has even had fatal outcomes. To meet the safety needs of all vulnerable target groups in the future, we developed Vevios. Vevios is a mobile safety alarm that functions as one simple device, a wearable mobile phone bracelet. Vevios is an innovative safety alarm that provides both communication and freedom everywhere.

Who are we looking for to join our team?

We are searching for someone with experience developing software and hardware for an embedded system, who can assume a leading role in the company's technical development. If you also have experience with IoT projects and modems, that is a big plus.

What should you do?

You will have the opportunity to work with all parts of the development stack for an IoT project. You will get to participate in the production and drive the certification of our product, so it is required that you can quickly absorb new information and pass it on to partners, subcontractors, and manufacturers. Overall, you will have a broad role you will take responsibility for all technical decisions regarding system architecture, software, electronics, etc.

Hanne Pålsson, Master in Industrial design, is the founder and product manager of Stylos Design. Hanne started developing Vevios safety alarms at Lund University in 2016 after years of experience working in elderly care. Vevios started out as an idea to improve the safety, security and the communication between elderly and home care.
